If there is one thing I’d love for all our engaged couples out there to carefully consider (and not leave to the last minute) is your choice in music. Especially the ceremony music! The music sets an atmosphere and pace for your entrance as a bride in front of all your guests, so I urge you to make this a priority in your planning.
There is nothing that evokes grandness and splendor during your ceremony like walking down the aisle to a brass instrument. You may not even realize it, but once you hear it, you know. Anyone who speaks with me about wedding music choices will hear me gush about Northside Brass.
Ryan Hobbs, (pictured far left) is not only a trumpet player for the group, but is also the artistic director for Northside Brass, and has the key to making your ceremony and reception a memorable one. He’s a native of Chicagoland and his impressive musical resume includes the New Philharmonic Orchestra, Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra, and performances in Chicago runs of Guys and Dolls and Cabaret.
I could go on and on, but to truly understand, you just have to hear it. Now try and tell me you don’t get goosebumps thinking about walking down the aisle to Northside Brass’ rendition of Ave Maria. They can customize arrangements to feature a solo trumpet, classical brass trio, classical brass quintet, and a jazz quartet for those looking to add a swanky Frank Sinatra vibe to their wedding.
For those couples looking to add that extra touch to wow their guests, Ryan and Northside Brass are there to set the tone for your momentous occasion. 🙂
