My wife and I booked Entertaining Company for our wedding and they were amazing. We worked with Rachel and she was extremely motivated and excited through the entire process. The food was amazing. The dinner was delicious. Everyone raved about the delicious appetizers, the late-night snacks and the dinner itself. Everything from the beef to the fish was perfectly cooked.

This isn't even in the same league as typical banquet fare - the plating and presentation is so much more creative and thought out. Not only that, but Rachel was excited throughout the process. It was very clear that she didn't want to do the same old thing, and strived to create something new, exciting, and unique.

Equal to the quality of the food was the staff. Rachel was a great coordinator on the day of, and the waitstaff really went above and beyond. My wife and I were personally attended to by one waiter, Frederick, who never let our wine glasses get below the quarter-way point. One guest had celiac disease and asked a waitress what appetizers were gluten free. The waitress said she would ask and returned with a plate of gluten free appetizers. Later in the evening, for the dessert service, the same waitress returned with a plate of gluten free desserts.

This is a great company to work with. Highly recommended.
