The Baking Institute was great! The phone consultation and everything was PERFECT!
My husband and I were a 70 mile round trip drive from their location, so we did the entire consultation over the phone, and we don't regret not having a tasting. The cake was delicious and we received many compliments on not only how good it was, but also on the gorgeous design. The design I had originally wanted was a fondant, but I really don't like the texture of fondant, so they changed it to Butter cream for me!
Our cake was amazing, and at 5 tiers really stood out in the crowded room!
Thanks so much for an amazing added touch to our wedding!
